Basic matchbox devices are bare, but functional—they come with some form of operating system support (although you may need to prepare the device to run it), and so can bevup and running almost immediately after being uncrated.
We'll look at basic boards, those boxed up and ready to go, and tiny PCs that even have their own keyboards like the Qi Ben NanoNote shown at left.
